These are two nativity puzzles that I made for Christmas. The pattern was created by a neighbor. I cut the nativity puzzle pieces out of clear pine 3/4" thick. I wood burned into the pieces the details and then painted the color pieces with acrylic paint. The bottom nativity puzzle is wood burn only stained with golden oak and clear varnish. These puzzles provide a fun way for children to learn and remember the story of the birth of Jesus Christ from Luke 2. As the story is told, each puzzle piece can be put into place.
